Busy local property & casualty insurance agency looking for a great Customer Service Representative / receptionist to provide excellent service to current clientele.
You must be:
§ Excellent Communication and people skills - Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
§ Experience insurance Customer Service
§ Able to multi-task and handle a large volume of incoming calls
§ Good typing speed and work ethic
§ Able to communicate and work well with others
§ Have excellent phone skills - Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
§ Able to cross sell Self motivated and goal-oriented personality
§ Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
