Form of workServes as a Receptionist/Registration Clerk by obtaining vital information from the patient and/or patient's representative for accurate medical and financial records. Demonstrates customer service techniques as a receptionist. Maintains records and reports as required.
Education: Post-Secondary level courses or vocational training preferred.
Experience: One to two years in the medical field in a clerical position. A working knowledge of computers is required. Knowledge of insurances and payors preferred but not required.
