Receptionist/Office Administrator Bilingual - Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and manage multiple tasks while prioritizing clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Support team members with administrative and customer support tasks.
- Greet visitors and handle their inquiries.
- Resolve client inquiries swiftly.
- Execute office administrative tasks such as mailing, faxing, sorting, typing, and filing.
- Offer general support to visitors and exceptional client care.
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform basic clerical duties, update database records, and maintain the reception area.
- Administer project documents from initiation to completion.
- Organize and maintain records, including copying, scanning, and uploading files.
- Handle large volumes of email and correspondence efficiently.
- Distribute mail/packages and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Keep the workspace professional and tidy.
- Coordinate tasks and reminders for office projects promptly.
- Assist with the administrative aspects of the bidding process for government projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management and Senior Estimator.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- High-level organizational and planning abilities.
- Able to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.
This full-time position, onsite that includes benefits and a salary based on experience.
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
