Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
- Badge Security:
- Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate records of visitors.
- Monitor and control access to the building by ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
- Collaborate with security personnel to uphold the highest level of safety and security protocols.
- Technology Management:
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks.
- Handle the computer-based email system efficiently.
- Monitor and operate the camera system to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and external vendors.
- Relay important information promptly to relevant parties.
- Assist in managing and distributing internal communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with computer-based email systems.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
- Comfortable working with surveillance and camera systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
