Receptionist

Carolina Basement Systems is looking for a Receptionist to add to our growing team!

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors as they enter the office building.
• Answer all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner. Direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Receive various packages and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area at all times.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a scanner, a copy machine, and a computer.
• Perform administrative duties for various departments as needed.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service specialist required.
• Exceptional telephone, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong ethics, high integrity, and commitment to ALWAYS putting the customer first!

• Education and Experience Requirements:
• A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
• A valid driver’s license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
