Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized receptionist to join our team as it continues to grow. As the first point of contact for our clients, this individual will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.

Key Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with excellent organization and typing skills

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

1 year + of office experience is heavily preferred

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management on necessary projects and work independently on delegated tasks

Maintain an organized, clean, and tidy workspace

Answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed

Type, proofread, and edit technical reports/letters for accuracy and prepare them for delivery to clients

Photocopy, scan, and file appropriate documents
