Receptionist

We are hiring a Receptionist to answer phones, greet customers/clients and perform various clerical tasks. Since this person will be the first point of contact for our business, the ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers.

Lodging Solutions/Industrial Tent Systems (ITS) is the premier installer of temporary structures and mobile lodging for Refineries, Utilities, and Emergency Response throughout the United States. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide safe, faster and better turnkey solutions in the construction, petrochemical, and disaster response community.

Responsibilities:

· Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages or provide relevant information

· Greet all office guests

· Notify relevant employees when guests arrive

· Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly

· Manage, clean, and organize the front desk

· Stock coffee bar and eating area

· Ad hoc administrative duties assisting colleagues with tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Very high level of professionalism and courtesy

· Excellent time-management skills

· Great attention to detail

· Consistent professional demeanor, dress, and manner

· Comfortable being in an office environment Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Education and Experience Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1+ years of receptionist experience or in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
