We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our marketing and advertising company. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
