```Duties```
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to our team.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company products
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Process purchase orders from multiple sales teams in a timely fashion
- Perform data entry and maintain records in a computerized system
- Handle shipping damage claims
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience with data entry and order entry systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred
