Receptionist

ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Westerville Office team as a Receptionist. Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for answering all incoming calls and handling them with courtesy, speed, and accuracy.
• Ability to transfer/route all calls and take messages as needed.
• Assist all customers with basic office information.
• Ability to operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
• Responsible for preparing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Provide administrative support to Talon personnel as needed (i.e., faxing, filing, etc.).
• Responsible for processing with the FAST production system, new file order inclusive of initial customer contact to gather and verify information (i.e., mail-away status, addresses, social security numbers, deposits, commissions, etc.).
• Ability to interpret real estate contracts.
• Responsible for sending executed documents to the proper courthouse as needed.
