1031 Crowdfunding is hiring a receptionist to assist with customer service and various administrative/clerical tasks. Our receptionist role is a fundamental part of the office as they are the first point of contact with our clients as they welcome guests and receive incoming calls. A successful candidate will be an excellent multitasker with an ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, while simultaneously completing a variety of administrative/clerical tasks.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answering any general questions visitors and callers have
- Maintaining the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
- Answering and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Providing accurate information both in-person and via phone/email
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail/deliveries
- Taking inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintaining the general office filing system via Microsoft Office Suite
- Assisting with the sponsor liaison tasks
- Helping facilitate deal management
- Performing various administrative tasks when requested
Qualifications
- 2+ years office administration experience
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Confident interpersonal skills and an ability to create a pleasant experience for all clients
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and database systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
