Hvac company looking for qualified candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet costumers on the phone.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule costumer on our dispatch software
- Handle costumers complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating guest information and reservations
- Create work orders as per costumers request
- Maintain office organization, including filing and organizing paperwork
- Operate phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain office organization
- Knowledge of order entry systems is a plus
This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment. We provide training for all necessary skills. Compensation will be 14.00 to start.
