Receptionist

Growing dental office in Clemmons, NC that is looking for a positive, highly organized, and dependable person to join our growing team as a full time receptionist. Person must be comfortable with computers and learning new things. Experience in dentistry is a plus, but not required as we are willing to teach the right candidate on the job if necessary. A strong emphasis will be placed on exceptional customer service, work ethic, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering calls and scheduling appointments
• Directing patient questions or concerns to proper staff
• Greeting clients warmly in the office
• Ensuring front desk, lobby, and all public areas are clean, pleasing, and welcoming for patients
• Preparing proper paperwork and forms
• Assisting with patient flow and minimizing wait times
• Placing reminder calls and follow up calls to patients
• Preparing patient charts and anticipated supplies for each day
• Daily office opening and closing tasks
• Reviewing schedules and planning daily flow and room utilization
• Patient check out and collection of charges
• Assistance with back office tasks to ensure flow of workload as needed (including room turnover and set up and any other tasks needed)
• Ordering office supplies as needed

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
