The receptionist is the first person that our guest see's when they enter our community. He/she is responsible for greeting guests and visitors, providing excellent customer service, handling internal/external calls, taking and passing on messages, general administrative / clerical duties, and monitoring who enters and exits the community. Qualifications for the position include a compassionate and caring demeanor, a high level of customer service, and excellent time management and organizational skills and dresses in office attire.
Successful candidates will have prior experience in a clerical setting, have proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office), and have an outgoing and approachable personality. He/she will be able to prioritize tasks from a variety of individuals, multi-task.
Shift required temporary : 7am to 11:30am (3 to 4 days a week) for 6 to 8 weeks
