Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and keep track of customer with appointments and sales
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
