Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly face and voice to greet our patients at a busy audiology practice in Troy, Ohio. Duties may include:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Requirements```

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of calendar management software is a plus
- Familiarity with audiology / hearing aid terminology is beneficial but not required
