Job Description

Seeking a candidate for the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be the first contact for our customers - both in person and by the telephone. The qualified candidate for this position will be trained to perform job duties, but should be well spoken and able to perform duties and responsibilities that include:

· Faxing - Email

· Answering telephones

· Greeting and signing in visitors

· Ship items using different shipping methods

· Proficient in letter writing

·Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

· Daily mail pickup and drop off at post office

· Preparing documentation and scheduling shipment pickups and deliveries

· Obtaining shipping quotes

· Copying - Filing

· Invoicing - Training Provided

· Assisting team members in various office tasks and duties

Additional Information

· The qualified candidate will be trained in all aspects of the position, but should be proficient in utilizing computer programs, answering phone calls, copying, faxing, and filing

· Experience with Sage or other accounting programs a plus
