Pay: $18 - $22 per hour

Work Schedule:

We offer a desirable work schedule to promote work-life balance:

• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 7am - 12am/2pm - 6pm
• Tuesdays 12:30pm - 6pm.

Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently handle patient check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm welcome and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Patient Accounts: Manage patient accounts, including billing, insurance verification, and processing payments.
• Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments and schedules, optimizing our clinic's workflow.
• Promoting In-Office Events: Actively promote and inform patients about upcoming in-office events and wellness programs.
• Confirmation Phone Calls: Make reminder calls to confirm upcoming appointments, enhancing patient attendance.
• Financial Conversations: Engage in informative and empathetic conversations with patients about their financial responsibilities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the clinic team to ensure a cohesive and patient-centric approach to care.
• Community Involvement: Engage with and contribute to our local community.
