Role Summary: Office Receptionist
Candidate must be energetic, very personable and have strong phoning skills with attention to detail & high level of integrity. They must possess strong communication skills and be a self-starter with strong initiative. This is a clerical position overseeing many systems with a great potential of growth in the financial services field. Strong computer skills is a must.
Main Accountabilities:
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage schedule conflicts
- Monitor e-mail and incoming mail by checking deadlines and handling as many as possible on the recipient's behalf
- Answer client calls and review messages.
- Process paperwork
- Follow-up with clients

This is a full-time position. Starting pay ranges from $16 - 22/hr with a high degree of advancement and bonuses along the way.
