Compensation:$16.06Compensation Type:HourlyEmployment Type:RegularScheduled Weekly Hours:20Grade:NE02Department:Administrative OperationsPosition SummaryPerforms clerical and customer service duties related to Fitness Education Center operations. Must be committed to serving a diverse college community. Actively participates in and contributes to continuous quality improvement.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greets incoming users and guests and ensures check-in procedures are followed; verifies student enrollment status..
  • Answers telephone; provides information and assistance; directs to appropriate personnel.
  • Processes cash transactions, including day pass sales, ,and locker rental fees;
  • Initiates emergency procedures as appropriate; contacts emergency response personnel: notifies manager on duty.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current American Heart Association CPR/AED and First Aid cert1f1cations
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Three (3) months customer service experience.

  • Completion of a satisfactory Background Check.
