Position Overview:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Manager to join our team. The Transaction Manager will oversee all aspects of Real Estate Transactions, from contract to close, ensuring smooth and efficient closings for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Real Estate Transactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Real Estate Transaction process from contract to close.
- Coordinate and communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys.
- Review contracts and purchase agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary assessments.
- Facilitate communication between clients and other parties to address any questions or concerns.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Monitor transaction progress and provide regular updates to clients and agents.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the transaction process.
- Maintain organized transaction files and records.
Qualifications:
- Florida Real Estate license not required but nice to have.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Transactions or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Previous experience or understanding of the Real Estate sector, including transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages, is beneficial
- Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for conveying information accurately to clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Real Estate Transaction management software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED; some college experience is desirable.
