We are currently looking for a full time Transaction Coodinator / Real Estate Assistant to support our property management business. The responsibilities of the position include:
- Preparing Lease and Sell Listings for properties in the property managment portfolio
- Updating Owners on the Status of their listings and listing activity
- Completing CMAs
- Preparing and reviewing leases, property management agreements, sales listings, and sales contracts
- Coordinating Sales Closings
- Update and maintain accurate records in the Property Management, CRM and MLS systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
