We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Transaction Coordinator to join our Real Estate team. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the administrative aspects of property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from contract to closing. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks involved in Real Estate Transactions, including reviewing contracts, disclosures, and other documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with clients, Real Estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and seamless transactions.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation throughout the transaction process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify potential issues or challenges and collaborate with relevant parties to address and resolve them promptly.
- Provide regular updates and communication to clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the transaction process.
- Utilize Real Estate software and technology tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in transaction coordination with a Real Estate team is required.
- Must have an active Texas Real Estate License and have been licensed for at least 2 years.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate terminology, processes, and legal requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Real Estate software and office productivity tools, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in Real Estate or a related field is a plus.
