Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Bilingual, Remote)

Apply to be a remote Transaction Coordinator for all spanish-speaking clients of Ideal Real Estate Transactions.

```Duties```

- Oversee and manage Real Estate Transactions from contract to close for Spanish-speaking Real Estate agents/clients

- Assist clients with any questions that they may have while providing information required to list their homes, signing required documents, etc.

- Add and change client information in various Customer Relationship Management programs

- Send documents to clients and agents to e-sign

- Regularly communicate with agents, clients, title companies, loan officers, and other parties throughout each transaction

- Respond to all parties in a timely manner

- Ensure that all documents are uploaded and approved by agents' compliance offices in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes

- Occasionally schedule property photos, inspections, and repairs

- Keep thorough notes of the progress of each transaction in provided project management system

- Organize all documents pertaining to each transaction in agents' systems

- Keep all involved parties updated on progress of each transaction

```Experience```

- Bilingual (Spanish & English, REQUIRED)

- Licensed to sell Real Estate in Texas (REQUIRED)

- Experience in an administrative role (3+ years)

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to keep information confidential

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented

- EXPERIENCE AS A TRANSACTION COORDINATOR IS NOT REQUIRED. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED VIA ZOOM AND/OR IN-PERSON. (Eligible applicants must reside within the San Antonio metropolitan area)

- Must have laptop, high-speed internet access, and cell phone. This is a contract (1099 position).

**Pay rate is per completed/closed transaction.**
