Responsibilities:- Analyze investment properties thoroughly to assess market value and potential returns, collaborating with acquisition teams to understand property specifics and create compelling sales proposals.
- Engage with potential buyers in the Real Estate investment community, building and nurturing relationships with investors, brokers, and stakeholders to comprehend their investment criteria.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to present investment properties effectively to the target audience, creating comprehensive property presentations and captivating marketing materials.
- Negotiate favorable terms with potential buyers to secure optimal returns for the company, and oversee the closing process in coordination with legal and administrative teams for efficient transaction finalization.
