Compensation:

$150,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

  • Developing relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Generating leads and converting them into sales
  • Showing properties to clients and providing information about the local Real Estate market
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Staying up to date with market trends and laws related to Real Estate
  • Managing paperwork related to the transactions Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Great communication and social skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Show good organizational and time management skills

  • Proven record of success in Real Estate Sales
  • Knowledge of local Real Estate markets and laws
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
