Job Description
We are seeking growth-minded individuals to to join our growing team! You will handle all Real Estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make 100 meaningful contacts each week, primarily voice-to-voice (phone, in-person, etc)
- Consistently communicate with your personal network of influence
- Generate new leads and opportunities
- Convert leads to Clients and clients to closings
- Participate in all team activities such as script practice, coaching, team meeting, weekly planning, etc.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic Real Estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
