Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and property values
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, other agents, and third parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documents
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Market properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, and print advertisements
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:
- Must be bilingual or multilingual (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate law and regulations
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Valid Real Estate license

Pay: $75,890.00 - $250,000.00 per year
