Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Train: Proactively hire and onboard Real Estate agents, providing them with the training and resources they need to thrive in a competitive market.
- Goal Setting: Establish clear, attainable sales goals for the team, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
- Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise and network to source new leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for your agents.
- Sales Support: Offer hands-on support for complex sales scenarios, helping agents navigate challenging transactions and close deals efficiently.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our brokerage's objectives, driving collective success.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Active Real Estate license, with a comprehensive understanding of local Real Estate laws and regulations.
- A minimum of several years of experience in Real Estate Sales, demonstrating a track record of success and industry knowledge.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, showcasing an ability to leverage technology in recruiting processes.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring, team building, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively negotiating and resolving conflicts.
