Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Train: Proactively hire and onboard Real Estate agents, providing them with the training and resources they need to thrive in a competitive market.
• Goal Setting: Establish clear, attainable sales goals for the team, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
• Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise and network to source new leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for your agents.
• Sales Support: Offer hands-on support for complex sales scenarios, helping agents navigate challenging transactions and close deals efficiently.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our brokerage's objectives, driving collective success.
• Team Leadership: Cultivate a motivating and supportive environment, leveraging your strong leadership skills to inspire excellence within the team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Active Real Estate license, with a comprehensive understanding of local Real Estate laws and regulations.
• A minimum of several years of experience in Real Estate Sales, demonstrating a track record of success and industry knowledge.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, showcasing an ability to leverage technology in recruiting processes.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring, team building, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively negotiating and resolving conflicts.
