Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Real Estate, strong sales skills, and a deep understanding of the short-term rental market. This role involves managing the sales process, performing investment analysis, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field all inbound sales calls with interested clients and provide them with relevant information.
• Manage the sales cycle, including follow-ups and maintaining client relationships.
• Work with property details to confirm property details
• Perform investment analysis on properties to assess their potential as short-term rental investments.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams throughout the client's investment process.
• Meticulously record and document all progress and communication with clients.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of Real Estate experience (agent, investor, etc.)
• 1+ year(s) of sales experience in a professional environment
• Experience in Real Estate investment, especially in short-term rentals.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to perform data analysis.
• Excellent communication and account management skills.
• Deep understanding of the Real Estate market and short-term rentals.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage a calendar and run the sales process independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
