JOB SUMMARY
As a Hotel Director of Sales, your primary responsibility is to lead the sales team at a hotel and ensure revenue targets are met. Here are the key aspects of your role:
Sales Strategy Development: You’ll create and implement sales strategies targeting specific markets such as corporate, leisure, or group. Your goal is to increase occupancy and generate revenue.

Job Requirements
Several years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry, demonstrate your ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage sales teams.
Excellent communication, confidence, persistence, and leadership skills are essential.
