Responsibilities
• Continuously provide your clients with exceptional service and advice to cultivate client relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Oversee the closing process to provide clients with a seamless and efficient transaction experience
• Consult with both buyers and sellers to fine-tune their home wants and needs and finalize the deal
• Seek out new leads to generate new business
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Qualifications

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Excellent time management abilities and highly organized
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
