The role of the Real Estate Research and Leasing Coordinator is to assist the Vice President of Real Estate in leasing new locations for new Watermill Express vending stations by researching trade areas, contacting shopping center and retail property owners, tracking all leads, and maximizing results using Sitewise mapping and demographics software, Google Earth and other available tools.
This position is work-from-home but requires meeting regularly with the VP of Real Estate, also in the DFW area.
The Ideal candidate will have experience in corporate retail Real Estate, commercial leasing, possess the ability to learn GIS mapping systems, demonstrate strong Excel proficiency, and exhibit excellent communication skills.

Job Duties:
- Assist in leasing new retail locations for Watermill Express vending stations.
- Research ownership records and submit leasing inquires to various shopping center and commercial property owners in Watermill Express markets.
- Utilize Sitewise to map target sites, run model forecasts, and update existing portfolio.
- Track Landlord and site details for all inquiries sent/received in database.
- Review Real Estate portfolios to identify potential sites for new Watermill locations.
- Research site specific information through municipality web sites and contacts for handoff of new and change out locations.
