We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Online Continuing Education Writer, dedicated to crafting engaging and interactive Online Continuing Education courses. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create compelling and engaging Real EstateContinuing Education courses and exams, serving as the primary content writer/editor for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the Director of Content to identify new product opportunities and strategies based on market trends and student input.
- Implement content review/update/revision plans to ensure courses remain current and relevant.
- Conduct research on technical matters related to course topics and the Real Estate market, maintaining accuracy and applicability to students.
- Utilize project management processes to guide projects from concept through development, production, compliance, and launch.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in English, journalism, communications, law, or Real Estate; professional degree or designation is helpful.
- 7+ years of experience in creating training materials for professionals and adult learners, with a focus on substantive content editing and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry, including laws, regulations, practices, and trends.
- Reliable, able to work independently, and possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or phone.
- Occasional lifting of up to 10-15 pounds may be required.
LOCATION:
- Corporate Office in Dallas, TX.
- Possible hybrid/remote work available.
