As a member of our Closing and Listing Department, you will function as a concierge to ensure our clients’ and agents’ needs are constantly met with unparalleled service.

The ideal candidate must be able to stay highly organized while being self driven, have an eye for detail, and have a pleasant phone manner. Candidate must also be computer savvy with intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Internet-based applications. Past customer service experience is a must, prior experience of the Real Estate process preferred.

Listing Coordinator (Full Time M-F 9am-5pm)

• Submit and coordinate with client, title/escrow and some aspects of mortgage loan when applicable

• Audit all submitted paperwork for listings and sales contract for compliance in a timely manner

• Create/ revise escrow letter with accuracy

• Clean up and organize documents/loops in a logical manner

• Input and maintain client information into CRM

• Maintain and audit master and personal spreadsheet

• Field client and customer calls/questions

• Ensure deadlines are met by keeping in contact with agents and title companies

• Follow up with earnest money to ensure we are within contract

• Schedule utility emails to go out in a timely manner

• Enrolling and following up with home warranties

• Provide updates and notes when needed
