Responsibilities:

- Manage the Client Onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact throughout the onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for client setup
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our products and services
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience relevant to residential leasing, as multi-family leasing teams will primarily be the accounts you will be helping to use and understand our solution.

- Must be tech-savvy and able to learn software platforms quickly

We are looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
