Plastic Surgeon

Employement Type will be an Independant Contractor, for the areas of Southwest Florida and Southeast Florida.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our team. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of reconstructive procedures to enhance the appearance and functionality of patients. ```Duties```

- Perform reconstructive surgical procedures .

- Conduct consultations with patients to discuss their goals, expectations, and potential risks of procedures

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and desires

- Utilize advanced surgical techniques to achieve optimal results

- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients

- Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

```Qualifications```

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Board certification in Plastic Surgery

- Valid medical license in the state of practice

- Proven experience as a Plastic Surgeon

- Excellent surgical skills with attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies with composure

Skills:

- Data management: Proficient in managing patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Airway management: Skilled in managing airways during surgical procedures to ensure patient safety.

- Research: Experience conducting research studies related to plastic surgery advancements.

- HIPAA: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

- CT: Familiarity with CT scans for pre-operative planning and post-operative evaluation.

- Occupational health: Understanding of occupational health considerations related to plastic surgery procedures.

- Pain management: Knowledge of pain management techniques to ensure patient comfort during and after surgery.

- PTSD Care: Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with post-traumatic stress disorder.
