We are seeking a residential Real Estate closer. The right candidate should have 1 year of Real Estate closing experience including title review, knowledge of contracts, settlement statements, balancing closing files, knowledge of mortgages, and preparation/recording of deeds. This position must be able to complete the closing process from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is skillful at providing customer service with a positive attitude. Must be able to multitask. Paid time off is an added bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
