Real Estate Inside Sales Associate (ISA)
We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Associate to play a key role on our team. Our ideal candidate is good at finding sales opportunities, making qualified leads, and passing them on to our buyers' and sellers' agents. We need someone who is committed to providing outstanding customer service for our clients and prefer someone with some Real Estate sales experience. Compensation:$50,000 plus commission
Responsibilities:- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
- Evaluate quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure that the Real Estate team achieves its sales objectives and conversion rates
- Identify and assist in coaching OSA’s that are having difficulty with clients or processes
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Schedule showing and listing appointments on behalf of the sales team
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Real estate license or currently pursuing is highly desired
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a Real Estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor's degree is preferable
