Position Overview:As a Real Estate High-Ticket Coaching Closer, you will play a crucial role in our sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential coaching clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our high-ticket coaching offers. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Real Estate industry to build rapport, address objections, and ultimately close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Get on a 30-45 minute zoom call with pre-qulified organic leads and educate them about our mentorship and present them the opportunity to work with us.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' goals and challenges.
- Present the benefits and features of our high-ticket coaching programs.
- Address potential clients' concerns and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Develop tailored solutions that align with clients' objectives.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to build trust and rapport.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress in CRM software.

Requirements:
- Real Estate Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably with a proven track record of successful transactions and deals closed.
- Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket sales and exceed targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Consultative Selling: Experience with consultative selling techniques, active listening, and addressing objections.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Resilience: Ability to handle objections and rejection with a positive and persistent attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
