We are seeking a mid to senior-level Civil Associate Attorney to join our Commercial Litigation practice in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 5+years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on high-quality writing and courtroom and trial experience. Strong research, presentation and trial skills are required. Candidates must currently be licensed to practice in Colorado.
Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Research and analyze legal issues.
• Conduct discovery and depositions.
• Advise clients on legal matters.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Represent clients in court & trial proceedings.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
