Now Hiring: Real Estate Assistant/Director of Operations
Location: Lake Anna, VA
Schedule: In-Office, 20-35 Hours/Week, Starting ~9 AM
Compensation: Starting at $15/Hour + Potential Bonuses
The Orion Home Group seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the essential role of Real Estate Assistant/Director of Operations within our dynamic team. Your Impact:
- Assist Real Estate agents with administrative tasks for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Engage in market research, property listings creation, and management.
- Maintain up-to-date client databases and prepare important documents like contracts and leases.
- Coordinate transaction tasks, including scheduling inspections, contractors and closings.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and care.
- Knowledge of and Participate in marketing initiatives, from crafting promotional materials to managing social media presence from Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube.
Who We're Looking For:
- Organized individuals with a keen eye for detail.
-Can identify a problem and develop a solution.
- Self Motivated.
- Somewhat Tech-savvy familiar with Google and Canva.
- Excellent communicators, both in writing and in conversation.
