Real Estate Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Real Estate professionals and assist with various tasks related to property management, sales, and negotiations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for Real Estate and strong organizational skills.

This is a commission -based job

Responsibilities:
- Assist Real Estate professional with administrative tasks, including cold calling, setting appointments.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in Real Estate transactions
- Conduct research on properties and market trends

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate
- Familiarity with Real Estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively negotiate and obtain appointments
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
