Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant in Greenbrae, CA, to support a busy realtor in a hybrid role where you may work from home part of the time. We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and tech-savvy assistant with two or more years of administrative experience in Real Estate.

A Day in the Life

The main focus of this role is lead generation support and marketing. The agent follows Ninja Selling (Larry Kendall) and works with Zillow for lead resources. Your daily focus is to help your agent reach her lead contact and conversion goals. You will help her do this by:

● Managing/updating the CRM ● Taking Zillow lead calls when the agent isn't available. You are not expected to sell, only to convert the lead to a scheduled appointment with the agent. ● Coordinating coffee meet-ups and other client events ● Preparing agent's daily call list ● Writing thank you notes ● Touching base with current clients with updates and resources

Other duties include:

Marketing: Engage with social media by posting, liking, commenting, and following. Create content for the monthly newsletter and search for upcoming community events to share with the database.

Buyers: Coordinate property showings, prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), and compile necessary materials for buyers. Offer feedback to the listing agent.

Administrative Support: Handle the agent's calendar, monitor her inbox, and actively seek opportunities to optimize and safeguard her time.

Key Software Proficiency:

● Canva ● MailChimp ● Real Estate CRMs ● GSuite

An important note about this job's schedule: Your agent needs help fielding Zillow leads on weekends. This role requires that you are on-call (awake and available to answer the phone) between 9 am and 12 pm every other Saturday. You may take a half-day off during the week in exchange for working on Saturday.

The Details:

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Benefits: Paid time off, stipend for health insurance

Hours: Monday - Friday, half day every other Saturday (see note above)

Location: You will split your time between the agent's home office in Greenbrae, CA, and your residence. You have the option to work from the Coldwell Banker office if you prefer not to work from home.
