REI GENIE is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Caller and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for PHONE SALES, generating quality leads, and identifying potential clients for our Real Estate Properties listings leads
The ideal candidate Needs to have a strong background in phone sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Real Estate gents who are looking to scale and get more listings
- Utilize various tools and strategies to connect with Real Estate agents
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to schedule appointments and qualify leads
- Engage in effective communication to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Provide timely and accurate updates on lead generation activities and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and closure
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs related to appointment setting and lead generation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2C environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
