AM Exterior Porter ($13.00 per hour)

Available Shift: 6 AM - 11 AM  

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean/maintain floors
• Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing).
• Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
• Follow the assigned schedule.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
• Blow and sweep debris using blower.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Pass pre-employment background screening.
• Physical requirements of the job consist of the repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing, and walking.
