We are looking for someone that…
- Proactively identifies and engages with potential clients, maintaining ongoing communication and delivering compelling presentations to effectively convert leads into appointments. Demonstrates a track record of successfully transitioning appointments into committed buyers and converting listing agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
- Cultivates expertise in mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and various aspects of home ownership, providing clients with comprehensive information to make informed decisions.
- Conducts high-level fiduciary needs analysis to tailor personalized and efficient home search and sale processes. Collaborates with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure a streamlined experience during the home search and home sale process.
- Consults with clients throughout the Real Estate transaction journey, offering fiduciary services that extend from the initial interaction to the successful closing of the deal.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills in advocating for the best interests of both buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Real Estate License (if you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. Must be able to complete a 120-hour licensing course at your expense. Approx $1,100-$1,400)
- Some understanding of CRMs
- High level of social skills, our business is people-based and will require much interaction with other people
Experience:
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
