As a Real Estate Agent you will be responsible for:
- Weekly prospecting for buyer/seller clients
- Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals set by you and team lead
- Understanding local Real Estate market trends
- Generating leads and managing client relationships
- Negotiating contracts and managing buyer/seller clients throughout the transaction
- Attend weekly team meetings, masterminds, and brokerage training sessions
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Real Estate broker or salesperson license
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Experience as a producing agent is a plus, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $75,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
