SalaryHudson Burnham Real Estate, Chicago's premier boutique brokerage, is currently seeking new and experienced agents (Leasing and Broker) to join our growing team. Unlicensed agents have the opportunity to enroll in our 75 Hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course. We are at the cutting-edge of technology and constantly improving our methods to adapt in a dynamic industry. New agents work directly with experienced brokers, receiving the guidance and training they need to be successful. Leadership opportunities are available for experienced agents who have a proven track record for success. We offer uncapped commission income that is based on individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients seeking properties in Chicago.
Market Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and possess in-depth knowledge of Chicago's Real Estate landscape.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Execute sophisticated negotiations to secure the best deals for both buyers and sellers.
Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance to clients on market conditions, investment opportunities, and property value appreciation.
Requirements:
Applicants must be licensed (Leasing and Broker) or ready to enroll in a pre-licensing course. The 75-Hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course is in person beginning on April 9th and costs $589. We can provide student permits to the right candidates so you can start working while you study!
