Our onboarding process, ongoing training, and personal accountability has a proven record of helping even the newest of agents close their first deal within their first 2-3 months. Our fully trained agents consistently close $1 million in sales within the first quarter. NHG provides daily accountability, weekly team coaching, and dedicated monthly check-ins to help coach you to your personal goals. Our in-house administrative team and CRM work hand-in-hand to help market your business and monitor transactions so that you can focus on the activities that will get you more business.

What We Can Expect From You:
- Licensed in the state of Missouri and/or Kansas
- Consistency in contacting team-provided leads and COI
- Ability to drive around Kansas City and surrounding areas for showings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HUNGRY for success and willingness to put in the work
- HUMBLE in sharing success and ready to be coached and held accountable
- SMART in communication and interpersonal relationships with clients, vendors, and admin

Compensation package:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
